do you think you can sell your house for more than 3 months ago, 6 months ago, 9 months ago and 1 yr ago?


99% would answer "yes". Some may have read stories about sales slowing in speculative areas, but they would still answer "yes" even if they live in such area. 1% who would answer "no" are the ones who are trying to sell right now.

in Austin, the answer is yes to all of them. but that's the exception to the general rule.
