Kerry signed a pre-nup with Theresa. He gets nothing if they divorce and her money remains hers, and his his. So if he's a gold digger he's not a very smart one. All he gets out of it is sharing her lifestyle. But he could have a lifestyle similar to that anyway, just minus a few perks. Also, I have seen them together and I can tell you they are definitely in love. It's a mature love, a solid partnership and also for her age she is actually quite sexy. he's no spring chicken either, you know.
