You can't equate errant bombing runs with deliberate mowing down of unarmed civilians, especially women, children and old people. If you want to count errant bombs and collateral damage, we have killed tens of thousands in Iraq and Afghanistan. Not only are our bombs not as "smart" as advertised, but our military's policy in urban warfare is to take down an entire building or city block if shots are fired from that area. We call in air-strikes on a building if one sniper is in there. Sometimes hundreds of civilians live in that building too.
