Doug, I think its a bit early for panic given that Vista is coming around the corner and will offer up to 30% improvement in performance for 64 bit software...combine that with a really good video card and that takes care of 90% of the market...if I was Intel I would be afraid if AMD decides to continue making tons of single core processors and sells them between $100-$300...;>)))))

Intel is seeing negative growth, shrinking margins and their monopoly is crumbling around them yet they trade at 2.75 time sales. AMD is significantly increasing: revenue, margins and EPS yet they're trading at 2.5 time sales. Which is cheap again??
