My parents live in Houston. I first heard about it in later summer 2000 when my parents told me oil exec wives were reporting their husband's companies "socking it to the west coast". Then I talked to a Californian state senator and he told me that the Enron PAC and Bush-Cheney campaign were the same thing, Ed Gillespie the gobetween working for them both. I have seen no evidence to prove otherwise, but it is a huge story the press completely missed. That ripoff alone was 30 billion and got Arnold into the governor's mansion.
