Work with me Hawk! The insurance is for their staff, as you are suggesting. Ditto for hospitals. The "hospital" never does anything wrong; it is the doctors that do and get sued...I am just holding people responsible for their actions. >> Legally, you cannot separate the corporation from the actions of its employees This is not true. One of the main reasons for establishing a corporation is exactly so as to avoid personal liability. Talk to your lawyer friends. I am purposing that such protection is wrong and should be removed as much as possible.
