Kerry had David Boies on retainer during the 2004 campaign and should have initiated a civil lawsuit against the GOP...Boies is one of the nation's top litigators and he rarely loses a case for a client...He represented Gore in 2000 and of course it was appealed all the way to the Supreme Court which decided to "select" Dubya in a VERY CONTROVERSIAL 5-4 decision.
