Edit - 640,000 years

Although the idea that it is "overdue" may not have much meaning. The average might be 600,000 but its not a very regular cycle.

None of us have any power over this stuff, so might as well live life to the fullest and settle in where you like it best. If it isn't volcanoes it's rattle snakes or auto accidents.

Never been to Georgia. Was hoping to travel through one of these days, but what with the cost of fuel, I'm not so sure anymore.
