Not all the deposits of the juniors are on the south trend. I believe CDN Royalties has stuff on the NE as well.

Interestingly the Falco deposits were found in 1968 but left dormant by Falco because of the high northern location, and the necessity of competing with Inco in the nickel matte market in North America. What kept Falco going in those days was not nickel but the Footwall copper zone.

The Raglan zones of Falco are a multiplicity (20 or more) of smallish plunging nickel plugs that were drilled off originally to only 1200 foot depth. If a junior had them today and had done the usual shallow drilling to 300 feet, chances are they would probablynot be able to promote them as much as they deserve, as the tonnage would seem meagre despite the generous grade. Ditto the stuff up in Thompson, Manitoba, which Crowflight is having trouble promoting.
