Selfish prigs! They make it obvious when they crow about "losing" funds. Most of them seem to support the factions that refuse to discuss the wot presumedly because they don't believe it exists anyway. Why do they need this money if the wot doesn't exist? Besides.... a good deal of their infrastructure is secured. NYC wanted feds to pay police overtime. Feds said pay it yourselves. NY and WDC weren't convincing enough on their apps. Too bad for them.......great for other, more serious cities.
