Now for New High / New Low Charts if they work they should Update as we go along. New Highs NASDAQ New Lows These should up date, so my Todays take on the action of New High/low won't be valid latter. However as of this date we show over sold and a rally coming..while I'd be short at the moment..I would not want to be short at the close..
