Yawn. Look pal, you can question Kerry's motives all you like, but he still had 100 ways to avoid combat and didn't take them. He was raised to be a tough outdoorsman, his dad teaching him advanced boatsmanship, stunt piloting and marksmanship. Kerry was never a pussy. He was always abnormally courageous and still is. He does stuff like barrel-rolling in planes just for "fun". That would scare the living daylights out of me. So would going into combat. Or even out on the Mekong in the 60's for a single day. Kerry loves that kind of stuff. He's an adrenelin junkie. This contrasts with any current major rightwing leader. By comparison they were all pussies.
