last night he said the cities were to submit their request budget and bottom up programs to support the request. then a group from the states went over the programs and determined by the group,,,not home security,, what programs were a need to do type vs a nice thing to do. based on the programs accepted that is where the money went to. in the end the response was nyc did a lousy job on writing up the programs it was like this is what we get and not required to try to justify their request. I am sure more will be out on this.. it is the same stuff as listening in on calls only to disappear from top priority to silence in congress. next was the port security,, wonder what happen with the other 90% of ports operated by foreign corporations ,silence.. now this ,, must be elections coming up. It is getting tiring listening to congress men scream about fbi checking a congress man's office and then find 85% or more of public support it and they all crawl under their chairs.
