"They did officially announce the complete overhaul in the last quarterly CC" My recollection is they suggested layoffs were not planned, and that staff reductions where necessary would be achieved through attrition. On the other hand they talked about trimming $ bil 1 or so from current year expenses - it's kind of hard to see how this would be possible without doing something fairly dramatic. "I apologize for the error." Not necessary - thanks for the clarification. Edit: I suppose shootings would qualify as dramatic.
