Kerry's military records are an open book and have been since 1971 when Nixon's dirty tricks team pored through them looking for anything they could embarrass him with. They found nothing. Not a speck of dirt. In fact they find it was almost perfect and it only proved Kerry was an extraordinary hero. Since then dozens of independent investigations have been done, especially last year, and no one has ever found anything wrong with his military career, or for that matter his senatorial career.
