Well, you may have left with a whimper, but at least you've morphed out of your oh-so-confident support of our Administration's Iraqi "war to save civilization" policies.

As far as your fall back position, feel free to continue touting the "nobility" of the "cause." Will that make the ultimate sacrifice of so many seem more bearable?

What would have been truly noble would have been to outright say, "wrong is wrong and those of us who supported this war were wrong." But, as I've said, whether with a whimper or a roar, gone is gone. Adios. Ed
