In the Pink Sheets filing for 4/1/2006 Turek states that his 221,936,374 shares that he claims he owns are 15.9% of the outstanding. Check the numbers and you'll notice that there is something not quite right with that 15.9% calculation. Name Position Share Ownership/Percentage James N.
