I don't recall if I read it in a release from SSTY or if I read it somewhere else but I believe that restricted shares have a 1 year restriction. Even after that time, it's not just a matter of calling your broker and having them sell. You have to go through some hoops to register and sell restricted shares. You can probably read up on this on the SEC website or do a Google search. You'll find the info you're looking for. But whatever the case, it's 'free' money. That's assuming they will be worth something in a year...and I believe they will. When I say 'they' I'm still not certain if I'm talking about ONTV or TPDI? (I think ONTV)We should see something in the mail before long, I would hope, and that should clarify the situation.
