If you look at what Jimmy owns now, and what was issued and subtract the difference, what do you get? Unless he made the shares vanish into thin air, what else did he do with them besides sell them?

But you see, PLNI has been under a bear attack, and that is why the price is low and TDA and Pinksheets won't touch them with a ten foot pole.
