Illegal immigration is Bush and the GOP's problem. They have been in power foir five years and haven't done jack, until they needed a wedge issue in 2006 after failing at every single thing they put their claws into. And this "blame it on the Mexicans" BS is really transparent. Blame is on the rightwing is more like it.

Also before 2001, Bush was governor of the state with the biggest Mex border for 8 years and didn't do jack.
