Dead, I wouldn't be repeating information like that on this board. You obviously don;t know what the hell your doing! Bring it somewhere else for opinions. They are all full of CHIT when it comes to JT and Plasticon!!!!! He has been working on this company for 17 years. Donpat; give this guy two more chances then dump him if he doesn't smarten up. I've had it with all of them and I am going to start fighting back in a big way. !

To do so, as a majority stockholder, insider, officer, and principle of the company, Jim Turek would be required by the law to file a Form 4 with the SEC prior to selling his stock - common or otherwise, to the best of my understanding. I'm sure someone who is more of an SEC expert can confirm. correct or expand on this. I don't think being on the Pinksheets insulates anyone from the 'Insider' requirements. 'rrm' has categorically proven that every scurrilous claim and personal libel made by the sputtering anti-PLNI Pukes and pinworms has been totally false. Hence, putting any weight at all into what they come up with now would be rather silly. Unless you can find a Form 4 filing somewhere associated with Jim Turek, or a filing by the company advising the world of a significant change in the company's ownership, you are dealing with jsut one more last-ditch, anally-generated smokescreen. John :-) ps: It would be advisable to buy a gas mask or hold your nose, and wear rubber surgical gloves, when visiting the Bash Boards. .
