Yes, Kerry volunteered for combat. That's the opposite of trying to avoid the draft. But I don't deny that while at Yale he waited to finish his studies before enlisting. Then he had the choice to do what GW did and evade the war, or enlist and volunteer. He did the latter.

Kerry would have easily evaded the draft with his powerful connections. Though not rich like Bush, he had rich and powerful friends. In those days that's all it took to evade. Almost no rich kids were drafted.

There is a lot of other raw data on awolbush.com including showing Bush disappeared for about 8 months in 1972 and was grounded. In his autobiography, Bush lies and says he was a fighter pilot willing to go to Vietnam.

the front page of awolbush.com also shows states proving how much better Clinton's economy was than Bush's (unless you're a rich investor type).

It is a very well-researched no BS website.
