Jim Crow Bushie election fraud involves dirty tricks like positioning mean-looking white cops at polling stations in black neighborhoods, anonymous phonecalls to black voters telling them they're not registered legally, requiring two forms of ID, charging a poll tax of $30, eliminating all people who have been to prison and not putting enough voting machines in black precincts. Add all that up and you can cut black voting in half. That's what they did in Ohio 2004 and Florida 2000.
