I have to completely agree with this. While I don't know all the ins and outs, it's my understanding that a verifiable effort to fill the job internally has to occur before the worker can be brought in. Very different from the illegal immigration set up. As I've said before, if the papers were full of want adds for the various jobs illegals are doing I'd be more willing to buy the main argument given for them being here, namely that they are doing jobs U.S. citizens won't. ARS
