We have a huge developer that has been chasing a very big project here. the seller, another top developer, only wanted to slice a small chuck off and has been very coy about selling even that taste. I have been getting no response to my attempts to finalize a deal for months now.

Till this week that is. Now the previously coy sellers are suddenly calling us offering the entire project. How quickly things have changed.
