Hi Bill:

I think I recall that you were interested in ABTE - Able Telecom - back in the day.

Well, looks like the same guy and the same company are back in business as CHYS, which has had quite the stock run lately.

CHYS recently bought VSI, which I think used to be Able Telecom. Details are in CHYS's 10Q in a lawsuit by the company which insured ABTE bonds - I think I've got this right...

....."Plaintiff (insurance co) allegedly incurred various losses due to the subsidiaries' failure and inability to pay its subcontractors and suppliers on various jobs across the country and made various payments to bond claimants. The case is currently scheduled for mediation in April 2006.".....

Thought you might have some interest... peter

edit: i see there was also some Asensio interest asensio.com

Bill,

Any recent thoughts on AMR or LCC as late cyclicals? Could this quarter be peak "earnings" for this airline cycle? Delta and Northwest continue to lower cost in bankruptcy, albeit in a series of highly dramatic, last minute deals. Delta's move to increase trans Atlantic flights looks to hurt AMR the most.
