Bush knew about intelligence from a Saddam insider that there were no WMDs. He didn't tell us or Congress about that intelligence. He cherry picked the intelligence to show that Saddam did have WMDs. He did this with the intent to keep all of the facts from the American public. I call that lying. What do you call it?
