Uh oh. This means they are in much worse shape than anyone thinks. XScale is a very solid product, selling it off is a pretty desperate gambit.

This isn't the actions of a company expecting a turnaround in a quarter or two. This is an action of a company that is bleeding badly and expects it to continue for a year.
