You are right, but I like to go directly inside the S&P 500 and rank them indivdually because I am a stock picker and I can then pick the best stocks in the sectors.

I have recommended to place a buy on Utilities Now? Charts would indicate a buy period for Utilities as it has been a good performer recently. It appears to be in the early stages of the Stock Market Cycle for Utilities.
