No not shortages. I think the lines that make the end-of-life chips can't make NGMA chips. So there is no capacity to be gained (immediately) from killing them.

I understand. And I was wanting to figure out why the NGMA ramp can't be faster. The answer has to be that sufficient 65 nm capacity is not available yet.
