I speak from experience. It's no conspiracy to suggest(try observe) that CEO's and upper level management are and have been selling stock into the peak earnings of the HBs and we have seen this in many many sectors. I don't specify any particular sector. I think it's fairly apparent that a CEO who can't live on two million dollars a year in salary plus perks but must sell millions of dollars of stock via options is looking out for number one...not the stockholder.

The days of buying stock in a company and holding for 40 years like our parents did in the 50's is a dead strategy except for the exceptional company.
