The only explanation that I can think of for NGMA projecting only 10% at end of q3 is the facilities that make the 65 nm P4's and core duo will continue with that production, and woody and siblings will be made in the refurbished fab 12 in Chandler, Az. The products that will be killed first will be 90nm chips. But the capacity freed up by these will go to making chipsets.
