Wrong. The CIA gave the White House the most solid possible intel 6 months before the invasion. boston.com

This came directly from a source inside Saddam's inner circle of generals. This was reported on the networks 3 weeks ago, the ex CIA officer telling the story. he said they found out saddam had no Al Qaida contacts and no WMD's except maybe a few old mustard gas shells leftover from the 80's.

This intel was given to the WH and someone there told them to shut up. The quote was "this isn't about WMD it's about regime change". So time to stop the lie and excuse that other countries believed in the WMD's myth. Besides, that's no relevant. They weren't the ones invading and occupying Iraq. I see rightwing sites are still lying about this. Time to stop reading them,. they're trying to deceive you.

There is now hard damning evidence that this administration took us to war based and olies, and even worse, put our troops into a quagmire without a realistic plan of any kind.
