No politician can get up and say global warming caused Katrina. That's reaching. Recently we learned flaws in the levees were the main problem. Also FEMA's AWOl response and a few other things. Bush and Delay cut levee rebuilding funding by a large amount in 2003 to send the money and resources to -- quess where?

Guess where half the Guadsmen we needed for New Orleans were too, and most of the Army Engineers and all their equipment.
