Warner's one weakness so far is no foreign policy expertise. But that didn't stop CLinton.

GW's lack of experience really turned out to be a nightmare though. Of course GW is not just a diplomatic guy, period. More of a cheerleader. He's very uncomfortable with foreign leaders, knowing they think he's an arrogant, but poorly informed boob.
