I hear ya! Not only do I load and unload the dishwasher, I have to rearrange it after my wife puts stuff in it in a helter-skelter manner... no efficiency at all. I too cook, and can successfully ignore all instructions from my wife about how much oil to use, or how to stir the pot, or ... etc. I am a faithful follower of the directions. And yes, I replenish the TP when needed, with the open end coming over the top, not from underneath. As for the toilet seat, YEP! I get the sucker down too, even the top cover. And, I even remember to flush... most of the time. I also make the bed on pretty much a daily basis... with just enough unevenness to warrant a mild rebuke about how I have no sense of alignment. :) I have learned to plan our departure time for anything to be at least 1/2 hour earlier than necessary, just so we can actually leave somewhere close to the time we need to; but alas, even that is sometimes not enough. Aren't the habits of a long marriage fun!!
