Shorts, excellent work. It now seems obvious that only the offending parties (those who were sending in their certs to TDA to trade, which I agree is a red flag it's insiders doing the manipulation) were written letters. PLNI seemed to assume *all* shareholders got such letters, hence the PR. But why? Was it because multiple Tureks and other insiders well-known to the Tureks received them?

But Allstock's Traderflash really sinks the PLNI battleship with the confirmation that PLNI was aware of this situation which prompted a letter from Rodney at Big Apple on PLNI letterhead (was Turek afraid to use his name since it was his family caught with its hand in the cookie jar?) to TD Ameritrade "shortly after April 23rd, 2006." A major brokerage is claiming "someone" is tanking your share price by dumping certs and you sit on this information for more than a month? Sounds more like a cover-up to me and more likely the public was alerted only after those dumping the certs were able to find another brokerage to accept them. If pinksheets.com is able to get confirmation of this from TD Ameritrade, I can't see how they would ever lift the level II quote blackout. And since PLNI is loaded with debt, as is JT himself, I expect the dumping to continue as it has post 4/23/06.
