That's what happens in a democracy, politicians get elected. As I said before, my individual opinion doesn't matter, nor does yours. The hell they don't. If people like me just keep our mouths shut and don't present our opinions, then they will only hear the opinions of people like you. And your views are elitist, callous, and indicative that you could care less about the plight of other human beings, or the inherent right of all mankind to be governed by a government that is accountable to them. Furthermore, your blatant willingness to ignore the long-term threat of Islamo-Fascism almost guarantees that in the near future millions of our young men will be required to don a uniform and put their lives at risk to confront an evil that YOU were unwilling to prevent from transpiring.
