AK re intc restructuring - wonder if they will pair this announcement with further lowering of Q2 guidance and get it all out there at once? Timing would be about right.

I hope AMD's lawyers have read this !
It seems to me like they are saying " that the whole ( and only ) point of Intel's NOR operation was to cause pricing pressure against AMD in this segment - and not to make money " !
