No they would not "tell them", nor would they be irresponsible enough to raise spending, start a hugely expensive discretionary war, and cut taxes. Just as you wouldn't increase your spending if you lost your job.

You don't think all that money has to be paid back, with interest? What do you think happens then?

We're not in a recession NOW. Why isn't the chimp Caesar responsibly paying down the deficits he ran up? The bozo wants to make them permanent, though it does NOTHING to solve the deficit. YOU cheerlead for even MORE tax cuts, that your children will pay for.
