I suppose I haven't. I thought I was going through one back in 1992 when Clinton told us, "It's the economy, stupid!" I bought that slogan hook, line, and sinker.

Def. Recession - when your neighbor loses their job.

Def. Depression - when you lose your job.

Actually, like the run up, this will be a selective recession. Concentrated in Real Estate related things. If it happens.
Confidence WILL drop because the warm and fuzzy HELOC feeling will be gone.
