I don't know...it is hard for me to believe this admin can be "aware" of what is in front of their noses, let alone the consequences of their actions...I don't really buy into the peak oil argument, but even if I did, I don't believe that this admin does. Because if they did, (a) they'd start implementing some environmentally friendly policies (b) they'd stop pushing for getting the oil out of ANWAR as soon as possible before the moose eats it first (c) they start investing in nuclear and alternative energy sources.
