There is a negotiation to be had here. The article outlines what probably is a contingency plan which is normal for the military to make. Do what Sun says Vote Hagel and things will get better. (g)

There will be no such thing as a "simple bombing campaign" with Iran because Iran can punch back where it hurts. So if there is to be an attack, it will have to be an all out war. I've read that war plan from different enough sources that I think it is true. But other than Cheney's neocon gang I've never heard anyone being happy about it, including the military...take a look at my answer to Mike.
