You got it. Like the Bush admin, those of us who thought the iraqis could do this have been wrong. I continue to believe that if we had fought the war differently, the situation might not be as bleak as it is today, but i am not even sure of that anymore.
In any case Humpty cant be put back together and its very near the time to try Party Lines split up of shiaa nation and secular nation about 1/3 sunni, 1/3 kurd and 1/3 shiaa who stay. Otherwise its tri state with shia and kurds in the south and north respectiviely and sunnistine in the middle with terrorists within and fighting the kurds and shiaa at the borders.

(Groton-AP, June 6, 2006 7:00 AM) _ The mother of a man who was shot and killed after allegedly breaking into a Dairy Queen store in Groton is suing the man who shot her son and Dairy Queen.

Police say that on June 28th of 2004, Jarion Childs allegedly broke into the Dairy Queen on Route One after it had closed. Childs was confronted by store manager Stephen Botchis, who shot him in the back and killed him after a struggle.

Eva Childs has sued Botchis, ice cream shop owner Matthew Botchis and the Dairy Queen company for the death of her son.

The lawsuit, which refers to Childs an "an invitee at the Dairy Queen," alleges that Stephen Botchis intended not only to frighten Childs with a handgun but cause his death by shooting him in the upper right and left sides of his back. It also charges that Botchis used excessive and deadly force when he should have known it could cause death.

A lawyer for those being sued says that his clients are "surprised and disappointed" by the lawsuit and that it has no merit.
