Hey bubba, just because Saddam was a maniac doesn't mean what we've produced in Iraq is any better. Compare to Vietnam. Similar deal.

Forget Bush's rhetoric and look at the results. Even if Bush had righteous intent (which he didn't) the way he went to war was just plain inept. But he and his people were brilliant at their spin, propaganda, lies, election fraud, smearing of critics and elimination of our civil liberties.

Also, who the hell invited us into Iraq? What business do we really have being there anyway? Did Iraq attack us? Did Iraqis call for help? Did the UN support us? Even Bush's father warned him not to do it. So what sense is there to the whole thing?

Again, very similar to Vietnam, tragically so for our troops, world peace, oil prices and US taxpayers having to pay the tab.
