Yes there were torture, rapes and murder. Before and after Saddam. Now go back to your post and prove the exact allegations that you made. You probably can't do it, or you would not be playing this game.

There is more torture, rape and murdering going on now than during Saddam's years. And now our guys are dying too.

As bad as Saddam was, he was not in with Al Qaida, and at least he kept order. Bottomline though there were much smarter ways of relieving Saddam of duty. Without invading the entire country and occupying it without enough troops, allies and without a workable well thought-out plan.

And remember in the 1980's the GOP's hero Ronald Reagan was very supportive of Saddam's iron rule. So the outrage of the rightwing now is really hypocritical. The very mass graves and gass attacks that Sean Hannity complains about were mainly carried out during the Reagan years, and the Reagan administration did not say a word.
