I like your ideas about first derivative of homebuilding but I disagree that it have been admitted that the RE bubble has burst. So far it was admitted that we are having a slowdown. Expectations are for a soft landing. Bubble bursting means defaults. As of now the picture is pristine. When you see mortgage insurers tanking that will mean that defaults are coming.
