You forgot to add the number of people killed as a result of Saddam's invasion of Iran, Saddam's invasion of Kuwait, Saddam's strategy for defeating UN Sanctions by starving his own people (while bribing officials with "oil for food" monies).

We need to cut a deal with iran on nukes, mideast, iraq, israel etc. We can live with shiaa islam states. I dont think we can with al quaeda. We allied with stalin to fight hitler so why not with ayotollahs to fight the wahabis? And if israel has to shrink a bit re: settlements to get this all done, so be it too.
