re: Since we've had them embargoed forever, the Iranians probably wouldn't see much of a change at all. To use oil as weapon, they would have to cut their supply to every country. And they would probably try to disrupt the flow of oil from other countries... which they could do at their own peril. Our retaliation (and we WOULD retaliate, remember this is all about the oil) would probably make the supply lines even less functional. The worse case is we get to a political point where OPEC has to act in concert. Then we are shit out of luck... they own the lifeblood of our economy.
