Brushwud: I didn't sell then, although I was trading options. The architect is plugging (and billing) away, but that is small change compared to the building costs, and is followed by ~5 months of sluggish approvals. I won't need to start selling until early next year. Not sure if we will recover well by then. Given the longer term prospects, I might prefer to hold longer, but in that case my Seagate Jan '07 options better improve as the year unfolds. The building costs are spread out over a year, so that helps.
